We work hard to ensure that our stations, trains and products are up to the standards our customers expect. If you see or experience something that isn’t right, we want to know about it. Although we will not respond to every piece of feedback, we will investigate and do what we can to put it right.

Using our anonymous Feedback Centre

If you want to provide a comment or complaint and receive a response from our Customer Relations team within 10 working days, please contact us. Otherwise, our Feedback Centre is ideal if you want to leave us anonymous feedback about how we could improve our services.
